About Jaynee
Jaynee is a licensed therapist, certified drug and alcohol counselor, and parent coach. For over a decade, she has worked with adolescents, adults, and parents in individual and group settings in schools, Wraparound programs, residential treatment, PHP and IOP levels of care, as well as in her private practice. Jaynee’s dedication to this work is deeply personal: she grew up in a family impacted by addiction and mental illness.
She understands firsthand that when one person in a family struggles, everyone is affected. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, drawing on both her professional expertise and lived experience. Jaynee believes that family members have the power to positively influence their loved ones’ substance use.
With the right support, practical tools, and guidance, they can learn to use that influence constructively, helping their loved one move toward change while also honoring their own needs and well- being. Jaynee has training in CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training), as well as other therapeutic modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT.
