CONCIERGE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
An individualized alternative to traditional Intensive Outpatient treatment.
Traditional Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) typically require 12 to 20 hours of treatment each week and rely heavily on group therapy. Blackburn's Concierge Outpatient Program has no hour requirements and no groups. Care is one-on-one and built entirely around the individual client.
This approach is particularly effective for clients who have been to IOP in the past and have been unsuccessful in creating lasting change and would benefit from a more targeted approach or for clients who have busy lives with school, work or family and cannot attend traditional IOP due to those constraints.
How the Program Works
Every client begins with a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment, which looks at clinical, psychological and social history together. From there, we develop a customized treatment plan built entirely around the individual. Clients typically take part in 3 to 5 hours of highly focused one-on-one therapy and therapeutic interventions each week, with the flexibility to increase or decrease services based on clinical need rather than a predetermined level of care. Psychiatric support, medication management, coaching and case management can be included as needed.
What Sets It Apart
- No arbitrary hour requirements. Time in treatment is set by what helps, not by a program minimum.
- Entirely individualized. Every part of the plan is built around one person.
- One-on-one, not group-heavy. Each session is with your clinician, and there are no groups.
- Flexible and clinically driven. Care scales up or down as your needs change.
- Premium, concierge-level care. Attentive, coordinated support from a dedicated clinical team.
- Built around your life. Sessions are scheduled around work, school and family.
