About Dr. Salo
Dr. Clint Salo was born and raised in CA. In 2004, he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, Provo, UT.
Upon completing his undergraduate degree, he moved to Henderson, NV to attend Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his degree in medicine in 2008. His next stop began with his acceptance to the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine’s psychiatric residency training program in Las Vegas.
During his last year of training, he had the opportunity to work as chief resident on behalf of his fellow trainees.. In June of 2012, Dr. Salo completed his training and returned “home” to accept a position with Progeny Psychiatric Group.
Dr. Salo is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He provides care for patients in the following settings: partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, residential programming, skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient clinical care.
