Referrals

Thank you for making a referral to Blackburn. We are happy to provide collaborative care while keeping the client at the center.

Blackburn Clinical Services works with therapists, physicians, psychiatrists, treatment programs, schools, interventionists and families across Los Angeles. When you refer a client, we coordinate closely with you so care stays consistent.

Services you can refer to

All of our services are available individually or can be combined into a customized package to meet each person's needs.

• Psychiatric care and medication management that can be arranged, including addiction psychiatry and medication-assisted treatment
• Outpatient detox, virtual and physician supervised, for clients who qualify medically, decided case by case
• Concierge Outpatient Program, an individualized alternative to IOP with 3 to 5 hours a week of one-on-one care and no groups
• Individual therapy with CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR and trauma-informed care
• Neuropsychological testing and gene testing
• Adolescent services and family services
• Career coaching

What happens after you refer

1. Submit the form below or call or email us.
2. Our intake team follows up with you to gather detailed client information.
3. We reach out to the client to schedule an assessment.
4. We stay in touch with you as the referring provider, with the client's permission, so care is coordinated.
