Topic: Shame & Guilt in Addiction: Support for Loved Ones
In this group, we will explore and work through feelings of shame and guilt, emotions often inherent in addiction for both individuals and families, and how they impact responses and relationships. You’ll learn practical skills to shift from self-blame to self-compassion, and how to stay connected while maintaining clear boundaries.
